Our work together will equip you with the tools to powerfully reappraise your past, present, and future, in pursuit of lasting change in your relationships with yourself and others.

My therapeutic practice, informed by my decade of experience in a wide variety of care settings, relies on the most current evidence-based techniques. I rely especially on Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Trauma-Informed Care. My direct and compassionate approach to these techniques fosters an environment of genuine care and attentiveness.

I love working with clients of all ages, genders, and sexual orientations, cultural backgrounds, and life situations. My experience in the field has afforded me opportunities to work with diverse clients from all walks of life, from college students to rural residents, from pregnant women to veterans, and everyone in between.

Clients describe Lucy direct, grounded, genuine, and compassionate.
