Joining the Baltimore Therapy Group
We are looking for either part-time (12+ clinical hours) or full-time (25+ clinical hours) therapists to join our practice. We require 4 hours a month of practice development (e.g., conducting outreach, attending trainings) and availability at least two evenings a week and three mornings a week. Additionally, if applicants do not have experience with EFT or Gottman approaches to couples counseling, it is the expectation that new hires will receive training in within six months of start date and will continue to advance through couples counseling training in one or both of these approaches (Baltimore Therapy Group will provide scholarships to support this training).
